What it counts
The paperwork around 5S: printing and filing audit forms, typing findings into spreadsheets, building the monthly score deck, and chasing open actions. It also counts the floor time your operators lose looking for things a sustained 5S keeps in place.
What it leaves out
The audit itself. That still happens with Weever, just on the device instead of on paper. It also leaves out the wins that are real but hard to put a number on: audit-ready evidence, fewer repeat findings, and a program that survives turnover because it lives in the system rather than in one champion's binder.
