Do we need to build new forms or change how our team works?

No. The Dashboard runs on the forms, inspections, and workflows you're already using in Weever. You choose which ones show up as tiles and how they're displayed and nothing about how your team captures data on the floor needs to change.

How do the green, yellow, and red alert colors get decided?

Answer

You set the thresholds. For every tile you define what counts as on track, what needs watching, and what needs immediate action. The screen reflects what actually matters to your operation, not a generic default.

Where does the Dashboard show up? Is it a screen on the floor, or something people check on their own?

Answer

Both. The Dashboard is built to run on a shared screen for handovers and floor visibility, and it's just as accessible from a supervisor's or manager's own device.

Does this only cover one area, like maintenance or quality?

No. The Dashboard pulls from across Maintenance, Sanitation, Quality, and Safety, so one screen gives a full picture of the shift instead of separate views for each function.

How is this different from just running a report at the start of shift?

Reports show you a snapshot of the past. The Dashboard updates in real time as work is logged, so what's on screen reflects what's happening right now, not what happened by the time someone pulled a report.
